So tell us about how did you found DDP? What's your mission? And what motivates you to keep going?

So I am indeed a reluctant entrepreneur.

My husband and I talk about philanthropy and community volunteering the way some people talk about, I don't know where they go on vacation.

Again, I really am a geek.

And he and I had worked at a number of cultural institutions, Lyric Opera, the Jazz Philharmonic, and then a bunch of local schools in less resourced areas.

And we collaborate a lot.

He actually was really the incentive and came up with what I would argue is the idea that created DDP.

Can you talk about maybe challenges that you faced as you've progressed in your career, particularly as you've moved on to your second or third acts? How have you overcome those?

But no, I don't think there's sort of a, a standard ratio between leadership salaries and, and dancer salaries.

If you look at, we just came out with our most recent compensation study, and I wanna underline what Griff said.

We had most of, but not all of the FY 2024 nine nineties.

So we're looking at as the complete data set, the FY 2023.

So there is a massive lag time, and particularly during COVID, the IRS got very, very far behind.

So I'm always fighting the battle to try and get the most recent information.

Partially, it's problematical because the IRS needs to take the time to upload it.

But I'll, I'll hand it over to the expert.
