Do you think you've always been naturally curious and confident or was that something that happened early on in your career? Did you have some amazing mentors or was it parental upbringing? What kind of gave you this kind of, drive to kind of be curious and be confident to be curious?

Yeah, I mean, I think foundationally, it certainly started for me with growing up in a really supportive environment.

I think my upbringing was that my parents, my mom was the breadwinner, and my dad was self-employed, but played a huge kind of partnership supporting role.

So they were both kind of equal partners in the house.

But, you know, I saw earlier on that that's not, you know, what society defines.

And That wasn't at all the picture in a lot of households and a lot of structures at that point.

And the way that it was just sort of a natural thing that talked about it wasn't a debate every time or a whole presentation of, oh, look at this unique structure.

And I absolutely love that because we often talk in coaching about taking baby actions not waiting to start because I think that procrastination bit before you start something is always where the fear kind of lives isn't it so those small little baby steps of courage I love that steps of courage tell us a little bit about maybe some kind of pivotal moments in your career where there were did you have moments where you were like oh am I making the right move here or am I making the right choice
