What advice, if somebody was listening to this and they were just going through like that kind of like immediate post breakup, what advice would you have for someone going through that that really helped you feel stronger a year later?

I didn't do this for a very long time and it's to allow yourself to feel sad.

I used to chase like the endorphin rush of seeing my friends as soon as I had said argument or upset with my ex I'd just be like on the phone to my friend or my mum and I'd have to see someone whereas yeah I'm not telling people to stop seeing like their friends but sometimes like just allowing yourself and like understanding why you're feeling like that and just grounding yourself and just giving yourself a moment to just cry or be angry and just sit with your feelings and that's something I've really struggled with for a very long time because the thoughts in my head, like, they race when I'm really, like, anxious.
