Yeah.
9:43
what they want to do after A Levels or after their vocational courses.
9:48
Exactly.
9:48
And what might be their best package or suite of subjects to take to get them into that next stage.
9:56
We've then also had the college on site as well with us who have been working with those young people who A Levels or sixth form here isn't for them.
10:06
They want a vocational pathway through college.
10:09
So they've been here to offer those pathways to them as well, which have been lovely.
12:32
So what are they feeling like now?
2:21
Um, could you talk about the trends that you're currently watching, either in Medicaid, in the insurance space, or just healthcare overall?
2:29
Sure.
2:29
So there's probably about three trends that I'm paying really close attention to.
2:33
So one is the consumer experience and just the changes that we've seen over the years as far as how customers want to receive healthcare, moving more so to a place where they want more transparency, they want increased convenience, and then they want more, um, simplicity.
2:55
And so for me, how that really shows up is that, you know, the consumer now is not just looking at healthcare in a traditional sense.
3:05
They're looking at healthcare, it feels like, in a B2B sense, where they wanna understand before they go in how much things are gonna cost.
3:13
They wanna understand the quality ratings of not only physicians, but of facilities and even pharmacies.
6:45
And Lisa, as somebody with 20-plus years of experience in health insurance, I'm curious to hear what advice would you give to emerging leaders looking to have the same impact and drive in their careers as you have?
