So is there any, any, any way the company should may be reviewing the way in which their content is structured on their site?
14:54
Yeah, absolutely.
14:55
It's just, yeah, all about getting the context on the page.
14:59
We can't assume anymore that, like, people just know our brand because if we're relying on AI bots to learn about us.
15:04
So you need to be like, lay it all out explicitly, like, what, how your brand is, like, helping the consumer.
15:10
The little uniqueness about your brand, like, making it really clear in your content 'cause AI likes that, um, uniqueness.
15:18
From a, a back end or tech point of view, is there anything that brands should be doing to make sure that their site is sufficiently indexed or categorized for AI bots?
15:28
Yeah, we could see that there was no, like, bots hitting some s- some of our clients' websites, uh, which was, like, kind of suspicious.
1:29
Can you talk me through that a bit more, Lisa? If we're talking about regulation and a duty of care, I mean, what does that look like in practical terms?
1:38
So when you've got a duty of care, what you're thinking about is when I provide the service, what are the types of harms that could come from that? So you're thinking, well, one is bullying.
1:47
One is the pushing of content that is scams.
1:51
So you're going through all of the harms that are coming from these types of platforms that we're seeing and then putting in place mitigation measures.
2:00
And then what we'd be looking, what we'd be wanting the independent regulator to do is when harm occurs, if harm occurs, did the platform do enough to try and prevent it? And when the harm occurred, did it respond adequately?
2:47
How did you get together?
2:49
It is.
2:49
Well, we started this.
34:42
I know an independent regulator sounds like a great idea, but Lisa, what is it actually going to do? Because these companies are so big, they just ignore governments.
34:51
Yeah, I think there's a couple of things to say there.
34:53
One is there are laws like this in other countries.
34:56
So we're not the first off the block here.
34:58
And we are seeing it operate overseas.
35:00
And the other thing is we do already in our country hold big companies to account.
35:06
So this can be done.
35:39
Offshore, do the rules and the laws work?
0:46
I know an independent regulator sounds like a great idea, but Lisa, what is it actually going to do? Because these companies are so big, they just ignore governments.

So this can be done.
