I'm, I'd love for you to just say, I don't know, is there an example that you might say where this relational approach inside the box office or across your team you see example of and you're proud of or excited by?

I think, um, in the most basic sense, it's pretty incredible to be able to trust that everyone in the box office is of- You know, often they're the first people interacting with new patrons, donors, anyone who's calling, um, in or emailing about their ticketing needs.

We trust that our colleagues in the box office are going to provide incredible customer service and also treat everyone as if they're important.

Sometimes a box office colleague is the one to come to someone in philanthropy and say, "Oh, did you know that this thing is happening with this family? We just wanted, you know, wanted to make sure you know that." Uh, you know, sometimes it's that way.

And then sometimes donors will call their relationship officer in the philanthropy department and really need some help with- Switching out tickets or adjusting their subscription.

And so we handle that, you know, front-facing with the donor, and then quickly collaborate with our colleagues in the box office to get done whatever we need to do.
