i like that um but i think really the the job for the employer right like i'll give a very um specific example walmart which is one of the world's largest supply chain providers right they have to operate in supply chain and logistics all day long they have through walmart academies a training on supply chain it's six weeks long We, in a previous role, we worked with them to articulate the competencies.

These are the competencies that people learn through our supply chain training.

This is how we validate those competencies.

And then we were able to take that information and go to institutions and say, can you give credit for this? Look at the robust work that these folks are doing in this six-week training.

What does that look like for you? And so I think the job for the employer is to be very clear on the competencies.

And when I say that, Every employer, for example, says we need critical thinkers.

What problem is that project trying to solve and what does it do for apprentices, employers and colleges?
