look to be honest my my first response is that i don't necessarily have any favorites i have been a long-time listener and i've recommended this pod to many leaders over the years and And the reason for that is that you uncover the reality of leadership.

I mean, you're celebrating successful women, absolutely, but they're talking about what's real and messy and hard as well as what's wonderful and incredible.

And I've really liked that.

So there's been many a time when I've been driving home from work or walking home and And I've gone, oh my God, thank God, somebody else has experienced this or thought about this in the same way or is going through the same kind of struggles.

If I did have to pinpoint, I really, really loved the recent Chief People Officer series.

That was a different perspective for me.
