So how are you doing that in like your actual practice?

You know, it's so important.

And, you know, I like to think of myself as really approachable and people will tell me anything.

And I have to remind myself that Not everybody's going to be honest with me, mostly because of my title.

And my title can be scary, right? I mean, the same thing is true as the director and even at the manager level.

And the further you get removed, the more scary those titles and the more ambiguity those titles can bring.
