And have you got some, obviously what you do is highly confidential in many ways, but are there any stories you could share that gives an example of how you would work?

Yeah, I've got one story that is a fairly typical one.

And this involved a parent who was really struggling with the teacher of their child and had lots of reasons why things weren't going as they should.

As a school, we had looked really carefully at all of those issues.

And to be honest, we hadn't found anything major.

So I'm having a conversation with this parent and because I'm from the outside, I can say things or bring them to a point in a way that someone in the school can't.
