So maybe start on the positives, which is what were some of those things that came out of it you will take into Norvic whatever or the next version of whatever this sort of extension-oriented stuff is?

Some of the, you know, positive learnings was, and it might sound a little bit funny, but in a way the inexperience the students brought to industry.

Students came in, some of them not having a background in who they were working with.

You know, as Greg said, we didn't always match students because this was their passion.

Where we could, that worked, but they often didn't.

So it was around that... ask whatever questions and industry was fantastic.

You know, they all stated, ask us whatever you want.

But with all that said, Greg and Lisa, just to bring things to a bit of a close, What's the big takeaway for each of you just personally rather than from the Norvig Foods adventure? What's the learning for each of you in terms of the four years of Norvig Foods and the experiences you had?
