So tell me about, uh, you and tell me about making this album.

Well, this is my eighth record, as I think you might have said, and this is my first full-length record since the start of the pandemic, so it's really exciting to do that, although I did do a single called Don't Touch Your Face when we initially thought that you transmitted a virus that way, and that got a lot of play in the video.

But anyway, it's very exciting to do a real record.

I was inspired by the terrible Trump administration, and I felt like I'm a communicator, I have to communicate.

Plus, I love these songs, uh, and it's nice to have these classic song structure and then kind of do some new creative things with them, but you can still really hear the song.

But the first tune I did was a single that came out July 4th last year, 2025, and it's maybe the jazziest tune on the record.

It's a cover of Bob Dylan's, uh, The Times They Are A-Changin'.
