Yeah.

Well, my parents worked for themselves.

They didn't have to go.

My grandma didn't work.

My sister-in-law was working for Steven Spielberg at the time, and maybe- He was like, "Take a few days off." Right.

"We're good." Yeah.

[laughs]

Right.

And something came over me in that room that I wish I could have bottled, which was just me going, "I'm gonna get this.

Oh, it was totally my part." Like, you know, it's this way you kind of have to talk to yourself a lot of times in auditions, but you re- b- uh, which I have done many times but not believed it.

[laughs] For some reason I really believed it, and I walked in and I did a great audition.

Mark couldn't have been nicer.

Um, and the audition was great, but, you know, I walked out not knowing anything, and then I got a call an hour later from my agent that I had to go back that afternoon for a callback.

Yeah

... out of, like, you know, it's never funny.
