So I knew from a very young a- age, even before I met my wife, that I wanted kids.

Lindsey IngramGUEST
And so that was literally one of the first questions I asked when I met my wife, when I was at a point where I knew that I needed to make a decision on what my journey was gonna look like for having kids.

Lindsey IngramGUEST
On our first date, I said, "Are you open to having kids?" And she said, "You know, I've never thought about it from a standpoint of like if I was going to carry kids or whether or not I'd have kids in whatever my future held with a partner, but yes, I'm open to it." And so that opened the door a little bit wider to where our path would lead to.

In terms of raising children now in a different, I say this quote unquote, right, maybe different from the norm, having a different family dynamic, how have you learned about yourself in this process of parenting your children, even just wanting to protect your children because, unfortunately, in this day and age, you know, some people may not be open to the dynamic in which, you know, your children are living in? So how do you go about protecting your children and also parenting them in a way where maybe they are still open to the world and not so fearful of the fact that they may be different?
