What do you mean by that? Like, what does that mean to you to be that?
27:13
Um, I think it's just, like, viewing the game from all angles and, like, also being very open to, um, everyone's interpretation of how to play.
27:26
Like, I, I think of you, I think of Tobes.
27:30
Um, there's certain people, like, I can, I can sit down and just, like, speak about the game with.
27:36
And, um, and, like, even watching, like, the World Cup, we can sit down and, like, talk about each team and how they're playing.
27:44
We could talk about this game that was just being played where everyone probably thought France was gonna do it, but the way that Spain just set up to play 'em, maybe it wasn't, like, full pure Spain.
27:53
But, like, in my head, I'm breaking down, like, why, why Spain just won that game, how they did it, their mentality, the technical abilities, tactical abilities.

53:50
Yeah.
6:45
So what's the leadership challenge or an opportunity in guiding a group that new and fresh?
6:53
Yeah, I think probably the most difficult thing in that is the balance with experience and non-experience.
7:00
It's me with a lot of players that maybe aren't as experienced.
7:05
But I think when I look at that team as well, I think...
7:09
You know, these guys can play.
7:11
They've gotten moments.
7:12
They've gotten opportunities.

7 MINS LATER

13:58
Tell him hi for me.
50:30
How do you lean on other people and sort of try and take their styles in and, and build this group that can be a leadership group?
50:37
Yeah.
50:37
You know, it's really funny.
50:39
We were, We were just talking about Becky there.
50:43
I remember going through something that was, it was a lot in the past, I think it was the past year.
50:50
It was prior to the Olympics, and I was struggling as a captain and as a leader.
50:55
And I remember talking to her, and one of the pieces of advice that she had given was, you know, who can you rely on in that environment? Can you take any weight off of your shoulders? Can you delegate a little bit in terms of, you know, certain things? And even in the Olympics, you know, I had spoken to Emma afterwards because I was just like, I need some help and At that time period, it was just really hard to like throw things at all these other players because we had a lot of new staff and just a lot of things that just I'm like, I'll take that on.
52:54
What do you take forward from playing with the older generation and that legacy, and what do you leave behind?
