Where did you get your coffee at first? And at what point did you incorporate roasting? And I bet you it must have been pretty nerve wracking at first to do that.

We were buying from Target, Whole Foods.

Any place that we could get coffee, we were like, cool, great, moving on.

How realistic is it for them to be able to, at this juncture, begin that work and what would need to change and what would they need to consider before entering into that work
