Sure.

But, you know, you still have your habits.

You come home from work, you pour your glass of wine, you know, whatever, the, those things that we, like, very much romanticize.

So anyway, accidental, I would say sobriety, but turned into the most beautiful thing.

But as I started to be more aware of things, I started to, to realize I need to heal myself.

And to just back up slightly, August of 2020 was when I decided to officially, and I didn't know it would be forever, um, end my relationship with my parents, my mom and stepfather who raised me.

Just to connect the dots for those listening, my biological father is the alcoholic, was the alcoholic.
