Linda OrdwayGUEST
I had a meeting today with one of our industry partners and they asked if we actually have a formalized process for teaching people leadership skills in order to take a project, you know, so something that is new, like a new technology or a new treatment for patients and how you create a program around that and a process so that it's seamless and that patients, we talk about this many times for many different facets of heart failure, how you are able to identify patients appropriately to get them to the treatments that you want.

Linda OrdwayGUEST
And that is about building a program around it, building a program within a program.

Linda OrdwayGUEST
And it was an interesting question because my answer was, I don't recall anybody teaching me that.

Linda OrdwayGUEST
I don't know if it's inherent in some to be able to do that, but it's certainly a skill that we need to be teaching our new generation.
