Like if your brain is that shut down and that in survival mode, you don't even know how to ask for what you need because you don't know what it is sometimes.

And there's definitely been times where I can't even speak.

And I've just been really fortunate that then somebody who's had a similar traumatic experience, I'm specifically speaking to my brother being in ICU on Mother's Day.

Two days prior, he had seizures and I was like, okay, this is too much.

He didn't want to go to hospital, but thankfully...
