And so can you talk to us a little bit about that process of moving from assistant coach to head coach and just the things you actually had to stop doing?

Well, DMACC, a lot of people may not realize I've been in this business for 56 years.

I started back in 1970 as a head coach, coaching three sports and teaching eight physical education classes at Austin Peay.

So I was a multitasker.

But I went 24 years as a head coach.

So, boy, that's a lot of years.

But during that period of time, an opportunity came around for me to be an assistant coach with the national team, the FIBA Cup team, the World Cup team, and the 92 Olympic team.

I guess, what were some of the biggest challenges for you being servant leader, love relationships, being assistant coach, head coach on the floor, impacting change in a timeout in the moment to now sitting in a suite or being in the front office and having to watch from afar? What were those challenges for you?
