Um, can you talk about how growing up separated from them shaped the way you see older adults and the families who care for them today?

[laughs] So yeah.

So I mean, I was born in Czechoslovakia when it was still Czechoslovakia, and came to the States when I was two.

Um, so with the communist regime, you know, we would have to apply for visas to go and visit, and it was denied, denied, denied for many, many years.

So I really only saw my grandparents a few times in my life when, um, they were allowed to come to America or we were allowed to go there.

So, um, you know, I, I do think it has influenced how I just like being around older people.

Um, Libby, can you walk us through what a real referral network looks like in 2026? Like, who belongs on the list and, um, maybe that some communities have stopped courting over the years.
