What are some of the unique challenges that you guys all face on a day-to-day basis?

Yeah, I think, I mean, day-to-day basis, like, I particularly haven't had to deal with it much because I've come into it at the point where we're well-established.

We are a public brand.

Of course, there's still nuances and challenges of not having the years and decades that the other brands have come into.

But a lot of the former athlete managers before me setting really strict processes in place that just weren't there previous.

So I'm obviously lucky to come into what they've already laid in terms of foundation.

But I also think, yeah, I mean, signing... hearing my coworkers experiences of signing, you know, the first NIL athletes a few years ago, um, and other brands had already been able to sign a plenty at that point because they had a lot of history in the sport and history in the space.

What was maybe the biggest takeaway from those experiences and maybe advice that you have from those?
