It's a great point because I think I had an insight as a player and when I did a bit of coaching as well in the non-league sort of circuit in England, just on any given match day when a manager was under pressure or the team, some of the players weren't quite firing for the team and things like that.

So I had this sort of like just sixth sense already when you step into a dressing room, just how a referee or how a team made it positive, made it welcoming, made it professional.
