Um, and that across the board is affecting people's pricing and how they can price jobs.

I'm doing a job at the moment now where I priced the job in May, uh, well, sort of April, May time.

A customer wanted to go ahead, and they sort of pulled the plug 'cause they needed some other work doing and said, "Look, can we put it off?" And so many months has gone by and then they contacted me out of the blue there and said, "Can we go ahead?" And I said, yeah, but I said, "I just can't keep the price the way it was."

Well, they felt that they were being sort of like m- um, they, they, they, they wanted you to be just a guy that turns up and makes something.

So in summary, you know, over the last sort of three, four years, I've noticed there's a steady change in workflow.

decline in inquiries um blame that on whatever you wish covid cost of living whatever it may be um taxes etc etc everything going up materials going up um those of you that follow me or heard my interviews with his good self clive on the show previously will know i've had I've had some health scares and I've had some ups and downs and I've sort of tried to evaluate things and I did realise that I was literally burning the candle at both ends at some points.

I was either taking on too much work at one point and I wasn't disciplined enough to organise my time to give myself that respite and gap between work.

Or I was chasing my tail and, you know, this is never ending cycle of trying to work out algorithms, generate work and go networking and try and meet people and go into customers at eight, nine o'clock at night and all this sort of thing.

And this year I made some big changes and I needed to do it for myself from a health point of view.
