Yeah.

So the service obviously has urgent community response.

We do a two-hour urgent response to things like pot catheters or falls assessments, physical assessment, urgent bloods from a GP for a patient that can't get in or if a patient just needs to be supported somehow.

UCR and Virtual Ward has built up a variety of different teams from nursing professionals, including healthcare assistants and nurse associates.

to physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians.

It's led by a GP for the virtual ward.

So has becoming an RDNA changed how you kind of view the nursing associate role?
