What was the process like in coming up with the formula, the right formula for this product?
2:44
Yeah, I mean, it took us a couple years to land on one that we loved.
2:48
But at the end of the day, it was figure out what wasn't working.
2:52
We tried all the different setting sprays and sent them to our manufacturer and said, this isn't working for this reason.
2:58
This one we don't like because of this reason.
3:01
And we gave them all of these little guidelines and benchmarks and said, we want it to last for X amount of time and it needs to last.
3:08
And I sent them videos of me after my workout, just dripping in sweat.
6:25
Do you think more business opportunities are available to players today that will eventually open up the door in an industry like the beauty industry, which has been untapped? for years when it comes to, you know, women and women athletes.
6:58
And then to see the three-pointers go down, all four of them, certainly felt good for her.
7:03
It feels good to see the ball go through the net.
7:05
Um, I think just getting more games under our belt, getting more comfortable, building that chemistry, knowing where, you know, those shots are coming from.
7:11
I feel like that's something we drill a lot in practice and, um, we got a lot of the shots that we wanted, a lot of shots that we walked through.
7:16
So, um, obviously feels good.
7:18
I mean, AB hitting two for, two threes tonight? Two for four.
7:26
You were 100% [laughs].
7:26
We'll take 100.

12:19
Is there a difference in like maybe preparation as like you know when you have training camp it's more getting used to the system but now that it's preparing for games or differences in how you guys approach practice
12:29
yeah i think you know the first couple weeks especially for rookies and new players who are learning the system it's learning the fundamentals learning what actions we like learning the offense that we want to see and then defensively being able to read off of each other and know like the concepts that are important to us, what we are willing to give away and what we're not willing to.
12:47
So that first couple weeks is definitely a lot of learning.
12:50
Now we're preparing a lot more scout specific.
12:52
So moving forward, it'll be a lot more of that like scout specific, specific actions that will work in this game versus like overall as a system.

13:18
yeah,
13:25
I mean she's just such a light and I think that's what's so special about her.
13:28
Those first couple years definitely weren't easy, especially that first one I was here.
9:22
What are, what do you miss the most about, like, the traveling and the nights in the hotel? Like, what, what comes to mind?
9:27
I feel like you are with each other 24/7.
9:30
Like, once you get to the WNBA, like, people kinda do their own thing.
9:32
People have lives and families and kids and, like, all the things, but when you're in college, that's all you have.
9:37
And so it's so fun to go get every meal together, and, like, you can go and you're sitting in a room and you're working on homework together because that's something you'll- else you have to focus on.
9:45
Maybe that's just a S-

30:13
And so kind of take us through what keeps you grounded.
30:15
I think just doing, like, having a routine is the most important part.
9:26
What are, what do you miss the most about, like, the traveling and the nights in the hotel? Like, what, what comes to mind?

I feel like you are with each other 24/7.

And so kind of take us through what keeps you grounded.
29:21
I think just doing ...
21:16
Like what is something that you cherish or like gives you chills when you think about you're so early in your career, but like your career overall?
21:23
I think it's just really cool to see, to be at games.
21:27
And obviously like you have the Caitlyn's and Ilya's and the Kelsey's and you see their jerseys in the stands.
21:32
Then when you see like a 10 out there, like it's so special because people like are watching and supporting.
21:36
And growing up, I didn't have someone in the W that I saw myself as or like that I wanted to reach for.
21:42
And I feel like now with the social media and just even like TV and the accessibility for people, like they see us and they can actually like have these dreams so much earlier.
21:51
And to be one of those people is really special.

9 MINS LATER

30:23
yeah still here you can talk about college you can talk about WNBA but like what is something doesn't matter if you're here at home if you're on the road that like pre-game post-game that like keeps you grounded or keeps you in routine because I think that is something like as much as you're not routine you also have to be routine and so kind of take us through what keeps you grounded I think just doing
27:25
How did it feel for you out there?
27:27
I mean, it was fun.
27:28
It was quite the experience.
27:29
I felt like the crowd was awesome.
27:32
So I heard you guys.
27:33
Thank you.
27:34
But I think, I mean, I had no idea.
31:09
Can you just elaborate more on just the mindset of being an amazing defender?
