So for me, buying rentals in 03 and 04 and 05 and then having the whole financial crisis happen, you know, and then just having to sit on those properties all the way up until 2019, 2020. when I felt like, okay, you know what, at this point in time, this house that I bought for 25 grand, I can sell for two and a quarter and I can put that money out at 12% on a hard money loan.

So risk reward, I think I'm better out putting it on the hard money loan and getting my 12% on my cash.

as opposed to leaving it in their property.

And so you really just have to look at the long term.

And I think that I say to people, like, we're focusing right now on Brevard County, because I see it very much like the way Port St. Lucie was back in 2003.

I mean, you've got SpaceX just had the IPO, you've got Blue Origin there, you've got Elon Musk there, you've got Cape Canaveral, you've got NASA, you've got Lockheed Martin, all the defense industry, all of this seems to be like really booming right now with what we've got going on politically.
