Why did you come up with that and how that's done?

So we have a service and memberships contract, which basically – We assess the building based off of the risk, the age of the system, how many how many different assets are in that building and basically come up with a monthly price or quarterly, sometimes annual price, which basically includes all service calls like emergency service calls into one price.

So.

let's just say we have a customer we know we're going to be getting a service call there once once a month you have a usually a three hour minimum or four hour minimum to go do that call and um that can add up quickly for some of these older buildings or there's other places you might get one service call there a year and it's it's a lot lower um monthly fee but the main idea there is you can set a budget at the beginning of the year And outside of large capex expenditures, you kind of know what your fire protection maintenance budget is going to be.

So if a smoke detector goes into trouble or into an alarm in the middle of the night at a condo building, that would be included in your monthly fee for us to just show up and do that as opposed to getting a four hour double time after hours invoice or something like that.
