Was very steadfast in ensuring that I had a healthy business plan identified, and he also gave me the suggestion that every year you revisit that, because it can evolve.

However, your guiding sense or your Northern Star really came from this business plan that you put on paper, that you put so much work into, that was identified what your clear, your goals, your structure, your processes, how does that, how does that work out? So I think that when I was feeling in moments, uh, of uncertainty, I would reflect back on where did we start and what are, what has changed, or what are we, what are we seeing that's working and what's not, and then how do I identify...

I'm a very, um, I d- I think this plays into my entrepreneurship.

I'm, I'm, I don't work well in limbo, so I, if there's a problem, you identify the problem, you figure out a solution, and you implement it.
