And so I started there.

And then after that, I moved to the Fredericksburg-Spottsy region.

And then I got a job in Fairfax.

And I was commuting from the Fredericksburg-Spottsy region all the way to Fairfax every day.

And I was, yeah, yeah.

working at an assisted living facility for adults that experienced schizophrenia and all different types of kind of mental health conditions.

For those that are listening to this that, you know, they've been teetering with, you know, going to therapy or getting some help, what would your advice, what would you say to those people?
