So yeah, what was it that you can think of helped you with that sort of confidence?

Yeah, I think just knowing, like I said before, just knowing that I am where I should be.

Like you said, I belong.

But even though I wasn't doing as well, just still supporting like my teammates when they did well, just being that kind of role player.

And that's kind of like my college story.

Like, of course you want to do well in college, but I had a role.

and I played it well I think like we made it like I said my freshman year in college was not our best but by senior year we we were in the NCAA tournament yeah so like amazing yeah it was just yeah I think that it's crazy now that I'm thinking about it I'm like because I wasn't thinking about high school or anything just looking at my journey and comparing it to high school like yeah it is kind of similar um But yeah, it was definitely, like I said, knowing that I should be there, like I'm on that team for a reason.

But what does falling in love with the process mean to you?

Lucila has a very... unique basketball journey I think and I believe it'll bring a lot of value to our audience so um yeah why don't we just go ahead and dive right into your story where did it all begin for you

yes okay so basically I have an older brother that I've just always grown up with and so like being the younger sibling you know you want to do everything the older sibling is doing so He was just always playing basketball during recess with his friends.

So of course, naturally, I wanted to do the same.

Even if my friends didn't want to do it, I just want to hop in with him and his friends.

So that's kind of where it started.

I wasn't on any team or anything like that.

It was just like on the playground at recess type of thing at the park.
