Now, I-I'm curious, how do you think about growth as well? What do you see some of the big opportunities for the next two to three years or so?

Well, I think, I think, you know, from, from my perspective here at Scottish Rite, uh, you know, I see, uh, growth in several areas.

I think one of the, the ways we can do, uh, grow is, is broader and more effective use of our enterprise data.

Obviously, we've got, uh, as a, as a teaching and, uh, uh, research, uh, organization, you know, there's a lot of opportunities, a lot of insights we have and, and information we've captured over time that we try to use to, uh, improve the way we deliver care, uh, to be more aligned with the needs and expectations of our patients and families and obviously, uh, with the communities we serve.

Um, but I think having a better use of that enterprise data in a more effective way is always a, an ongoing challenge for us and, and one that I think we'll, uh, try to see, uh, a lot of growth, particularly with AI and the, and the need it has for, uh, solid data.

And then, um, uh, continuing to grow and mature our, our analytics and decision support tools and the standardization that goes with those.

I think one of the things we try to do is, part of our strategy is to make, uh, enable people to, to be self-sufficient, uh, to the extent that makes sense, and uh, and, uh, so that they too-- we kind of empower them with these tools and these capabilities and, and the information and things we capture.

Um, who is a leader that you admire really from any industry, and why?
