I think all of us do it.

Like you know, the diagnostic pathway consists of history, examination, the baseline objective tests, but also the prompts.

And of course, in the history, you will take the etiology, prior instrumentations, prior erythroplasties, radiotherapy, etc., But what the patient gives us as information are the PROMs.

And there are good PROMs, which are well-validated for re-thrust strictures, such as the USS PROM.

And there are also validated sexual function tools like the EFF score or the MCHQ for ejaculation.
