actually told me cut here so i i do that but that's how we train ourselves um we share ourselves in two ways really first of all there's a lot of cleaning material um during my training days we would be doing maybe five six appendicitis appendix every evening two or three bleeding stomach ulcers uh two or three gallbladder infection.
11:09
So it's a lot of clinical material, and it's because of all the clinical material, therefore you get a lot of experience.
11:16
Second thing is that you really sometimes have to be innovative.
11:20
For example, two things that I actually mentioned in the book, we realized that people with cancer, bladder, one of the way then was to take out the whole bladder.
11:35
Now, once you take out the whole bladder, you end up having to have a stoma to pass out your urine.
11:44
Now, for a lot of people, that is something they don't want to have.
