How'd you find yourself here at ESC?

So I started with ESC about five years ago.

I was the second employee, which is really fun looking back now.

We're in the process of hiring employees seven and eight.

Um, so to go from two to eight in the span of five years is, is a lot of growth.

Um, and it's been a lot of wearing a lot of different hats.

In terms of what brought me to Energy Storage Canada is I've done a lot of work in community and, and social services focus, not-for-profits since I finished my post-secondary education.

So, uh, what are some of those benefits to the community? And, uh, maybe the other question is, how are you winning the hearts and minds of those people?
