I'm also work for DWS here in Frankfurt, and my day-to-day role is mainly work as a client relationship manager for institutional clients.

And at its core, being an ambassador means being a multiplier, someone who carries topics forward internally to DWS, in the company, and externally, as Lakshmi said.
