What do you tell people that maybe don't know what they don't know? How do you start to kind of get those mental gymnastics going to get yourself to that place eventually?

You know, it's, and I, you know, thinking back, if I had done things a little differently, I would be at 5X where I am now.

But hindsight's 20-20, and now you have certain way of doing things, certain clients, certain staff, and now making a change is harder.

But the one thing I would say early on is, One, always pay yourself.

Make sure you're getting paid because I missed a lot of paychecks.

I've never missed a payroll.

I've been doing this 30 years.

So what are you guys seeing currently and what are the trends and how do you react, I guess, in the current climate that we're in?
