me what you envision what you have planned yeah so we've done a lot of market research we've stayed at actually plenty of hotels along the beach so we've done our fair share of what we've done our research on what works what doesn't work so we're really taking that and putting it into this project and and listening to our customers.

We know we've noticed that there's a huge trend on lifestyle and wellness.

So we're focused on bringing the wellness aspect to this property and hopefully going to be the first Nordic Spa circuit

So how do you address that?

I guess the one thing is we fell in love with Jamaica.

And Jamaica, all that is the people, the food, the culture, the music, everything.

So we don't want to get rid of that.
