And although I do believe AI is an important resource that we're all going to be using more of, I also would advise caution and knowledge about data centers and whether technology will find easier ways of providing that more and perhaps make some of these data centers obsolete or too much of a surplus.

I was going to go down the data center path also, because if you look at that, something that's kind of centered in our group at B&A, you know, that actually has been around for some time, but the hockey stick is really in the last kind of 12 to 18 months.

As Dan mentioned, quantum computing, you know, it's unknown where that sector going to go.

I mean, obviously every day in the press, you see another company that didn't exist 12 months ago that all of a sudden has a, you know, trillion dollar private valuation, et cetera.

Um, But it is a fascinating sector on how quickly it has evolved into a capital markets business and is a great example of collaboration and the willingness of people to figure out financing solutions.

And who knows how it plays out? My view is it's like venture capital.

You've got to play the whole sector, picking winners and losers at your own peril.

That's an immediate change that we've seen in the last three or four months with the new applicants out of school.
