Maybe you could tell us a little bit about that study, but what other relevant data has been on this topic of recent years?

So before we kind of dive in the landmark clinical trials that we all are very familiar with, I'm going to just kind of highlight a couple other things.

Laboratory and epidemiologic studies that suggested that several micronutrients could protect the retinol from oxidative injury.

And that very much led to kind of helping us create and design clinical trials.

So vitamin C, vitamin E, and beta-carotene function as antioxidants that can very much help neutralize the free radicals.

Zinc plays a central role in retinal metabolism specifically and is present in high concentration within the retina and RP, although retinal zinc levels decline with age.

And then lastly, the copper was included in formulation because high-dose zinc supplementation can induce copper deficiencies.

What kind of misconceptions do you hear from your patients or from other providers and how do you sort of address them?

How do you think this impacts the efficiency in the operating room, Layla?

Well, I can tell, I can tell you that I loved the machine, but my staff loved it even more.

Why? Not only was it easier to...

it's much, uh, lighter, it's easier to maneuver in terms of all of the setup.

It's, uh, much more stream- streamlined in terms of the design, so they really almost enjoyed wheeling this around the OR.

I mean, it was really light.

Um, and like you mentioned, we do quite a, uh, quite a few combined cases.
