So we were blessed to have Senate President Warren Peterson and our Republican caucus rise up and go ahead and defend this all the way to the Supreme Court, like you said.

So we did have representation there.

But through the process, we've just realized, you know what, that law was awesome, but it really doesn't go far enough.

So this will voter protect it, which means no matter what a legislature does or who the governor is or if the attorney general in the future doesn't want to defend girls and doesn't want to defend girls sports, that it won't matter anymore.

It's a safety issue.
