I know you can't see me, but I'm smiling and nodding because what you're saying is really resonating and on a lot of levels.

So it's interesting with my Substack because the pieces that get the most engagement that I find that my readers are really enjoying are these poems that I write when I'm on a run.

L- I, I live in Colorado, and so I'll go running with- by the mountains, and I feel like the messages honestly come from the trees, they come from the creek, they come from the rocks and the birds.

And I'll write these...

I'll, I'll be on a run, and then I'll stop and sit on a rock and write a poem, and then release it the next day without thinking, and that feels really alive.

You know, that kind of writing feels really alive.
