And I guess the first question is, why was this something that you wanted to get involved with? What drew you to that initially?

Sure.

Personally, my mother was a teacher.

My wife is a training director at another agency.

So I think I'm kind of predisposed to valuing education and wanting to pass on knowledge.

And then professionally, Management, supervision, leadership are all difficult.

And, you know, we have a lot of kind of barriers set up to ensure that when someone is starting in a position in DOT, they have the requisite knowledge to be successful.

So to kind of wrap up again, just quickly what you guys would say to someone who is thinking, I mean, I'd like to do it, but I don't have anything to offer.
