Well, that was very much what we encourage the guys to is this is this is not again.

you're treating the wound superficially.

You can't, you can't do this and not take the concern needed.

And so yeah, in this, if you're setting the stage for a small group and inviting people to participate in this with you, it's absolutely carving out time.

The times that I've been invited, it's all right, we're gonna block off two hours, three hours, and not to say that it will take that long, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, but don't put yourself in a place where you're rushed.
