Is that kind of the transition thing? That you're speaking to or speak to kind of on the history of humanity, kind of how different ways of being cognition or awareness kind of have evolved.

Yeah, depending on the scale you want to look at, there's a lot of different ways to address that.

If we just sort of look at this thing that we casually call the beginning of civilization, right? And the dates are flexible now.

We used to say it was about 6,000 years ago.

Now we might press that to 8 or 10, depending on how we make sense of Gobekli Tepe.

But it was common to sort of connect the dominant operational system of the civilization to more or less this point.

Before there was deep geological history and sort of a Darwinian sensibility about how long it's taken for things to evolve on this planet.

Lehmann? Yeah, I have, in one sense, a kind of indifference to narratives, but it's not an indifference that forecloses the importance of narratives.

And I associate that with the metamoderate sensibility and sometimes called sincere irony or, you know, making sure that you understand that everything's in quotation marks, but those quotation marks don't reduce the significance.

They could be amplifiers of the significance.

So the narrative that I notice myself being in love with and acting out has to do with integrative development as the existential path, as the construction of beingness as a viable option that offers something that's in tandem with, but a little bit different than thinking of being as the fundamental, unconditional ground.

And you just let life, and you just stop working with that.
