I got to the point where, you know, I was, um, you know, managing, uh, managing recruiter in the business, had about 10 or 12 people working for me.

And I think that my frustrations at that point were with things that probably could be automated and things that could be a little bitty, you know, a little bit, um, easier to deliver.

So, you know, those were principally that searches would take a very long time.

You know, you look out across the sales floor, and, you know, for maybe an hour and a half, two hours of the day, it'd be on job boards looking at one CV after another, and that would just take maybe 30 seconds if you're quite quick per CV.

But, you know, if you're looking at a batch of, say, 200, then there goes an hour, uh, or two hours.

Um, and then in addition to that as well, when you found CVs that were really good, you know, we took, you know, take a lot of care to make sure they look good for our clients.
