And was this something that the industry foresaw or did it catch people by surprise?

Well, data centers always had one big bill, and that was the electricity bill.

Because we had to pay so much to the power company, we always tried to be very efficient.

So that was not an environmental reason, that was just a cost reason.

And then, you know, the more data centers came and, you know, there was more concern.

And, you know, that's logic.

More of these buildings, more power usage.
