As opposed to short-term coping strategies.

That's, for me, that's in a different category.

And in NARM, I talk about child consciousness 'cause, but ch- through a child.

And I sometimes say seeing the world through a child's eyes, you know, or, or I use different kind of, again, similar expressions.

And then kind of the deeper dynamic from a, from my perspective, from an NARM perspective, is I talk about the core dilemma, which is this struggle between Being authentic versus being a, au- authenticity versus attachment or authenticity versus love.

And when children aren't, don't get the unconditional kind of acceptance and love that they need, then they'll give up their authenticity to, to try and win that or get that, which is a child's, you know, again, through a child's eyes, that's a, a very elegant strategy.
