yeah
35:46
and you also may not realize that you might be doing everything right in your world ads are running data is being brought in it's being attributed to the right place leads are coming through your sdr team can act on them but What if there's no product readiness? What if you launched a product and product team actually has to roll it back because something went wrong, right? When you're a product manager for a core product, part of what you have to put in your spec is what are the risks? What would make me have to roll this back? If I see this, I want to roll it back and relaunch.
36:24
You have to be aware of that if you're going to be running ads for something because then let's say the lead goes all the way through.
36:29
You have an SDR that picks it up and then you start to demo it and then something doesn't go right or something goes wrong in the demo.
36:34
Marketing ops or whoever was actually running that process, if they knew that up front, they would know that maybe we should turn off that ad.
36:41
And realistically, if there's a product marketer, they're bridging that gap too.
36:45
But marketing ops can do it too if maybe your product marketer is missing it because they're focused on a customer reference that day, right? There's so much going on at any given time across a business, regardless of how large you are.

So as agents get better at execution and we're kind of seeing this like bottleneck move from individual intelligence to organizational intelligence, like organizational context, the knowledge layer, all of that stuff, like who owns that layer? Is it the chief of staff that's kind of becoming the context architect for humans and agents? What are your thoughts there?
10:19
If the role is changing to be because the organizations are changing, do you think people's like reasons as to why they're getting into the role is going to change too?
10:28
Yeah, I think yes and no.
10:30
I think anybody that goes into a chief of staff role knowing that it's intense.
10:35
It's a lot of hours.
10:37
It's lonely, yet rewarding.
10:39
There's always a lot to do.
10:40
The to-do list never ends.

Is there anything else that, like, you know, you want to say to more people in this era?
