So what do you tend to focus on as like the topic in the events that you're giving?

Well, you have to know what office you're going to.

A lot of the realtors who asked me have a newer agents or they have an area where they're under a half a million dollar market.

And those are mostly going to be first time home buyers, people who need down payment assistance, people who need credit help.

So I might focus a little more on that as where I was invited, let's just say to an area broker invited me and it was all high end.

I know most of their clients are cash.

The ones who aren't, are gonna want anywhere between a $800,000 and $3 million loan.

And
